Location: Holmes and Davidson Opticians.
Full-Time | Permanent.
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience.
Are you a people person who loves making others feel welcome — whether that’s greeting customers with a warm smile, offering them a fresh coffee, or solving their queries with confidence?
We’re looking for a Customer Service Manager who combines exceptional communication skills with great attention to detail and a natural flair for hospitality.

About the Role:
As our Customer Service Manager, you’ll be the friendly face of the business — ensuring every customer experience is smooth, professional, and personal. You’ll confidently handle customer interactions, support the team, keep our records accurate, and make sure every client feels looked after from the moment they walk through the door.
You’ll also bring your enthusiasm to team events, training sessions, and day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do:
Welcome every client with a warm greeting — and a perfectly made tea, coffee, or drink of their choice.
Communicate confidently and professionally with customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
Handle customer queries and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
Manage daily administrative tasks, including accurate record keeping and light bookkeeping duties.
Support the wider team and contribute to a positive, social workplace culture.
Attend business and training events as a friendly representative of our company.

Comfortable managing light bookkeeping or basic financial records.
