KIG Quality Monitoring Senior Manager

Have an expert level of knowledge and experience in KAEG to be able to provide guidance to the QM reviewers and engagement teams.
Have an expert level of knowledge and experience in various areas (focus areas, emerging topics, etc.) and acts as a resource expert for QM team members and engagement teams.
Develop and update, on a periodic basis, a formal QM review program for topics selected for particular fiscal year.
Support engagement teams undergoing QP reviews or external inspections, recommend actions and solutions in addressing QP or regulators comments and/or queries, in line with the KIG DPP regulatory inspection.
Remain up to date with methodology and accounting changes, and present views and recommendations with the wider team as to the impact and effect on existing INTR and training requirements, based on studies performed.
Have a deep knowledge of the 2LoD SoQM controls, and act as control operator on identified controls.
Act as an observer on EMA topic teams and present the views discussed in the meetings to the wider KIG QM group.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the INTR controls over the KIG Alex content, and uses experience and knowledge to review and monitor up to dateness of KIG INTR.
From the QM program findings, identify and communicate matters requiring attention of other quality and risk functions.
Assist QM Leads to liaise with cluster HoA’s and RMPs to manage the deployment of the relevant QM programs.
Assist QM Leads in reporting to AQ leadership and oversight committee with QM program feedback ( i.e. statistics and quality of issues identified).
Seek input from stakeholders, and uses own experience to continuously improve the QM process, by sharing the results of the QM program in a timely manner to the HoAs, and which may also be used as an input to the SoQM process.
