Quantity Surveyor

As Quantity Surveyor you’ll take full accountability for commercial management throughout the development lifecycle — from initial budgeting through to final account settlement. Working closely with construction, technical, and design teams, you’ll ensure projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the commercial function across multiple developments.
Preparing and managing site budgets and cost forecasts.
Developing procurement strategies and managing subcontractor negotiations.
Overseeing contracts, valuations, payments, and variation claims.
Providing commercial input at land, design, and technical stages.
Preparing monthly cost reports and external valuations for finance and funding.
Ensuring robust cost control and financial advice throughout project delivery.
About You:
Proven experience managing multiple housing or mixed-use projects.
Strong commercial management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar discipline.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
A proactive, detail-oriented professional with a hands-on approach.
