In this role, you will manage daily bookings for taxi and coach services, ensuring all schedules run efficiently and on time. You’ll liaise with clients to confirm transport requirements, provide quotations, and deliver excellent customer service. Working closely with drivers and contractors, you’ll allocate jobs, monitor progress, and resolve any operational challenges as they arise.
