Our busy and well-established motor factors, is looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Parts Advisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to develop their skills in the automotive industry, no prior experience necessary, just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. We're looking for someone with good communication and customer service skills, motivated to learn and develop, a strong attention to detail and reliable with a positive attitude. An interest in automotive parts is also beneficial but not essential. Key responsibilities include assisting with picking and preparing parts for dispatch - learning and using our catalogue and ordering systems - sourcing automotive parts for both retail and trade customers - providing excellent customer service at the counter and over the phone - demonstrating a professional and friendly telephone manner - working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
