Crovan Court Nursing & Residential Home are looking for Senior Health Care Assistants to join the team, to be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities include:-
To work as part of a care team, providing high-quality care.
Promoting & Safeguarding the welfare of Service Users.
To support Service Users, ensuring personal care tasks are carried out to enhance and support the independence of the Service User, in-line with the Care Plan(s).
Follow policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of Infection Prevention and Control.
Carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity and privacy, irrespective of the severity of disability or personal circumstances.
Reviewing progress of care with the Service User, reporting any signs of deterioration in physical or mental health appropriately.
Oversee the care that our Health Care Assistants provide, addressing any performance issues with the Registered Nurses and/or the Registered/Deputy Manager.
