We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects that deliver real business benefits on time, within budget and to high quality standards. You’ll take ownership of a variety of initiatives, including new products and markets, regulatory and technology projects, and operational efficiency improvements.
In this role, you’ll oversee full project governance—planning, risk and issue management, and budget oversight—while coordinating requirement analysis to ensure value for money. You’ll manage robust testing processes, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and ensure the business is fully prepared for go-live.
What we’re looking for:
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager (Financial Services ideal).
Strong skills in planning, risk/issue management and budget oversight.
Proven ability to manage large or multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
Confident facilitation, presentation and report writing.
Adaptability and a positive approach to change.
Experience with PRINCE2, Agile or similar methodologies.
Willingness to travel when required, including internationally.
