We are seeking a Senior Customer Services Administrator to process customer payment requests accurately and in line with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Vet and process payment requests, ensuring all KYC/AML and fraud-prevention checks are met.
Raise payments within agreed service levels.
Liaise with Financial Advisers and Customers to gather outstanding information.
Skills & Experience:
4 years’ Life Assurance experience, ideally in withdrawals/surrenders.
Strong knowledge of Isle of Man FSA AML/CFT guidance.
Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
