Contracts Administrator

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join their newly established Isle of Man team. This role will manage contract documentation, support implementation and review processes, and provide statutory administration for Isle of Man companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review and manage contracts and related documents.
Maintain accurate contract records and tracking systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure obligations are met.
Support contract drafting, negotiations and review cycles.
Monitor deadlines, renewals and compliance milestones.
Assist with contract-related queries and issue resolution.
Provide statutory administration including minutes, resolutions and registry filings.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in contract administration or a similar role.
Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and legal terminology.
Excellent organisation, attention to detail and communication skills.
Proficiency with contract management tools and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and collaborate with remote teams.
Strong problem-solving skills.
