Our client is seeking a talented Head Chef to lead their busy kitchen. This role is perfect for an experienced Head Chef or a strong Sous Chef ready to step up.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the kitchen team.
Oversee daily kitchen operations and service.
Develop creative, seasonal menus.
Manage stock, suppliers, and food costs.
Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Creative, motivated, and calm under pressure.
Excellent knowledge of HACCP and kitchen compliance.
