Annai Cash & Carry is looking for a dedicated and customer-friendly Retail Assistant to join our team. The role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of the shop, including assisting customers with product enquiries, providing guidance on exotic spices and ensuring excellent customer service at all times. You will be responsible for ordering stocks, receiving deliveries & arranging them in shelves, organising and rotating stocks and maintaining cleanliness. The job includes carrying heavy items and working in a fast-paced environment, with weekend shifts required as part of the rota. Knowledge of Indian spices, brands and recipes will be an added advantage. The ability to speak native languages will be beneficial when dealing with customers, suppliers & distributors. Prior retail experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
