Deputy Care Manager

Complete Care Ltd is a private domiciliary home care agency. We are looking to recruit a Deputy Care Manager to join the team, to provide support and management to the Registered Manager, overseeing day-to-day management/supervision of all employees to ensure a high quality of care is maintained. To liaise with the Registered Manager on all general administration and operational matters.

To act as a professional role model for all staff, promoting high standards of practice and strong professional values. Ensuring adherence to policies and standards set by the company, Care Inspectorate, and other regulatory bodies.

To support the Registered Manager to undertake general assessments both in client’s homes and in hospital, undertaking such work independently, as required.
To assist the Registered Manager to ensure the company remains compliant in line with local policies and procedures.
To act up, as necessary, in the absence of the Registered Manager and to take responsibility for On-Call duties as part of a monthly rota.
An enhanced DBS check will be undertaken & paid for by the Company. Salary dependent on skills & experience.
Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this post.
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
