Our client is seeking an experienced Insurance Customer Service Adviser to join their friendly team. In this role you will handle incoming calls by telephone and virtual calls, from policyholders and IFA’s, assisting with day-to-day enquiries and providing clear, professional advice. You will be responsible for making policy changes, producing illustrations and chargeable even calculations, answering general queries and processing general administrative tasks. Strong communication skills gained in the finance sector, along with a customer-first approach are essential to be considered for this role. Salary 26k – 28k plus excellent benefits package.
