You must:
Be at least 18 years old ideally 21.
Hold or be able to obtain clear DBS check ideally registered with update service.
At least 2 good references.
Hold at least 1 of the following:
Have at least 1 full season experience of work at an outdoor activity centre.
ERCA high ropes Rescue Trained.
RLSS NMSMP Lifesaving.
Paddle sport Instructor.
Archery GB.
NSRA Instructor.
RYA Dinghy Instructor.
Although you will be involved in delivering a wide range of activities you will be expected to take designated instructor role on at least 1 of our activities.
We work with school groups, youth groups, families and individuals. An approachable pleasant and caring personality is essential in providing the quality experiences are clients expect. We are a small centre and all our staff are a major part of our team. we are all actively involved in all aspects of our entre operations. Our priority is providing the best experience possible for our clients. The ideal candidate will have the motivation to support us in this.
