The role involves assisting with general office administration, managing documents, responding to enquiries, maintaining staff and service user records, supporting the preparation of care documentation, and helping with compliance files.

The successful applicant will work within school-time hours, making this a family-friendly position ideal for those who require flexibility around school drop-off and pick-up times. The Office Administrator will be expected to demonstrate good communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
