Our client is seeking a Customer Operations Administrator to support the delivery of efficient services to clients and IFAs. Key responsibilities include processing requests, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (AML/KYC), monitoring workloads, mentoring junior team members, and assisting with procedure reviews and complaint resolution. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years’ financial services experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a commitment to outstanding customer service. GCSE English and Maths required.
