We are seeking a skilled Senior Pensions Executive to join a busy Pensions team, providing administration support and mentoring for junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer various pension schemes including master trusts, international group schemes, and personal pensions.
Manage benefit payments, investments, SIPP GAD calculations, and pension transfers.
Oversee new client take-on processes, trustee retirements, and compliance requirements.
Manage investment mailboxes, property-related tasks, and pension scheme bookkeeping.
Draft deeds, review valuations, and provide training and support for pension executives.
Liaise directly with clients and handle day-to-day administrative tasks.

Requirements:
5 GCSEs or equivalent (Grade C or above).
Proven experience in pension administration and client portfolio management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
Experience with VT, CCH, Viewpoint, or Laserfiche is desirable.

Training & Development: Full internal and external training provided to support career progression.
