Supervised Contact Centre Facilitator

Main Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of safe and effective supervised Family Time sessions.
Assess the quality of parenting observed during supervised Family Time and use this evidence to complete reports as required by Court or the social worker.
Recognise any risk of harm and intervene appropriately to reduce risk or bring in additional support as required, to safeguard the child/ren.
Main Requirements (for details check the job description and person specification):
Educated to Level 3 or above with a recognised professional qualification in social work, health, education, or equivalent.
Full driving licence and business insurance.
Appointments are subject to Family Action receiving a satisfactory disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service – Enhanced with Children’s Barred List.
