Customer Services Officer - Part Time

Within this role you will find yourself dealing with a variety of banking tasks, while acting as a main point of contact for customers at the counter face to face, and by telephone/email. As a key part of the customer services team, you'll guide customers through any changes to their accounts and process cash and cheque receipts and payments ensuring customers feel supported every step of the way. The working hours are 9.30am – 2pm Monday to Friday
