Balleysleih Day Service is a day service for adults with a learning disability located in Ramsey, Isle of Man. Balleysleih Day Service provides day care support and opportunities for 15 adults per day, with learning disabilities. Balleysleih is open each week day, providing a safe and supportive environment where individuals can meet, socialise and take part in a range of activities, visits and experiences across the Island facilitated by staff and in collaboration with a range of other organisations. The service has its own adapted mini buses, a small sensory garden and is well located for ease of access and connectivity. Balleysleih aims to support the attendees to further develop and embed their skills, including communication, thinking and self-advocacy and to provide each person we support with meaningful experiences and interactions. Support worker hours are available full time and part time, and hours of work would be 08:30-16:30. Balleysleih day centre is closed on bank holidays, and for 2 weeks over the Christmas and New Year period.
