We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person with proven experience of working with family dynamics and experience with safeguarding and managing risk. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team undertaking a range of assessments and interventions.
The primary functions will include assessing, planning & providing Therapeutic support to children & young people from 2 to 21 to improve their mental health & wellbeing. The Wraparound Therapist takes a systemic approach by offering to families & carers while also liaising with the professional network & co-ordinate therapeutic plans.
