Recruitment Assistant

Recruitment Delivery:
Provide end-to-end recruitment coordination and administration for mid-level Audit roles (e.g. Senior Associate, Assistant Manager, Manager support).
Support the recruitment of experienced professionals across multiple jurisdictions.
Draft, post and manage vacancy adverts in line with KPMG branding and approval processes.
Screen CVs against defined technical and competency criteria, shortlisting in partnership with Recruiters and Hiring Managers.

Candidate and Interview Management:
Act as a professional point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Coordinate interview processes, including diary management, panel briefing and assessment logistics.
Support the preparation of interview packs and ensure timely feedback capture and communication.
Assist with offer management, including offer approvals, verbal offers and coordination of contractual documentation.

Stakeholder Management:
Build effective working relationships with Partners, Directors and Managers to support recruitment priorities.
Provide regular updates on vacancy status, candidate pipelines and hiring timelines.
Support recruitment planning discussions during peak hiring periods and business growth phases.

Mobility and Onboarding:
Assist with international and cross-border hires, including coordination with immigration and mobility teams where required.
Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new joiners are fully prepared ahead of start date.

Data, Reporting and Process Improvement:
Maintain accurate and compliant records within the applicant tracking system.
Produce recruitment data and reporting to support workforce planning and decision-making.
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience and operational efficiency.
