Crossroads require an enthusiastic, caring person to assist with the running of Young Carers groups providing the opportunity for young carers to meet together and enjoy a programme of art, craft, sport and games. This gives the young people a chance to get to know staff and each other in a supported setting. Applicants must be aged 25+ (an insurance requirement as driving a minibus is part of the role) and be prepared to undertake an enhanced DBS at their own cost prior to employment. The sessions run Monday to Thursday after school and are held all over the island. Rate of pay is £15.25 per hour plus holiday pay.
