Our client is looking for an Associate Director in Private Wealth to provide strategic leadership to a portfolio of complex, high-net-worth clients. The role involves driving business growth, delivering exceptional client service, and ensuring operational and regulatory excellence. You will lead, mentor, and develop your team, oversee financial performance against revenue and profitability targets, and collaborate across jurisdictions and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for client expansion. The ideal candidate will be professionally qualified (STEP, CGI, or equivalent) with extensive experience in offshore financial services, private wealth, trusts, and fiduciary structures, and strong knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory environments. You will be a proven leader, skilled in relationship management and communication, commercially astute, risk-aware, and committed to excellence for clients and the business, while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
