Comis Hotel & Golf Resort is seeking an experienced, hands-on Spa Manager to lead our spa operation and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
This dual-function role combines operational leadership with treatment delivery (approximately 50/50). You will manage a small team of therapists, oversee daily spa operations, drive revenue and standards, and work closely with the Hotel Management team.
Key requirements:
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy.
Previous spa supervisory/management experience.
Strong treatment skills and guest service focus.
Commercial awareness and team leadership ability.
Flexible to work weekends.
Eligible to work in the Isle of Man.
Elemis experience desirable.
