CM Partners is seeking an experienced HR Co-ordinator to join our busy and professional services practice based in Douglas, Isle of Man.
The successful candidate will hold the CIPD Level 3 Certificate in People Practice and have a minimum of three years’ experience in HR administration and operational HR. They will demonstrate a practical, solution-focused approach, with hands-on experience supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and resourcing, HR operations and administration, employee relations and case support, policy implementation and compliance, learning and development, performance management, and promoting a positive culture, engagement and wellbeing.
The ideal candidate will be confident providing pragmatic and commercially aware HR support within a fast-paced professional services environment, applying policies consistently while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to utilise their skills across all aspects of our fiduciary and accountancy business and to contribute positively to the ongoing success and culture of CM Partners.
A competitive salary will be offered commensurate with qualifications and experience and the opportunity for training to continue with relevant professional qualifications may be available for the right candidate. Full time hours are 08:30 - 17:15 Mon - Thurs and 09:00 - 14:00 Friday.
