To manage the day-to-day operations of the Ramsey RAOB Club. You will report directly to the Club Secretary, wo will be working in conjunction with the Club Committee, ensuring the bar runs efficiently, profitably, safely, and in full compliance with licensing laws and health and safety standards.
The Bar Steward is responsible for delivering our 12?month growth plan, overseeing staff and stock, maintaining excellent service standards, and improving engagement with the charitable work we carry out.
