Our client seeks an experienced Senior Tax Manager / Consultant to join their team. The role holder will deal with tax compliance and provide 'guidance' relating to UK, IOM, Irish and BVI tax matters. Key Responsibilities: UK IHT implications guidance to clients and Trustees. Tax Due diligence and restructuring guidance.
De-enveloping and liquidations and restructuring tax guidance. ATED returns. Irish Corporation Tax Returns. Majority UK Corporation tax returns and liaison with HMRC.IOM Tax matters liaison with MITD. Economic substance returns - BVI. New business, trigger events TECF preparation. CRS and FATCA reporting. W8BEN-E and CRS classification forms for opening accounts with financial institutions or to update details guidance. Loan charge appeals. Managing and developing at least 1 direct report.
