An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Citizen Developer to join a small, collaborative team, reporting to the Head of Technology Enablement. This role focuses on designing, building and supporting low-code applications to improve and streamline business processes.
Key responsibilities include:
Analysing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
Designing and building low-code applications, data models and automated workflows
Integrating applications with systems, databases and APIs
Testing, troubleshooting and supporting deployed solutions
Working closely with IT teams and business stakeholders
Training end users on new applications
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Understanding of data structures and application design
Experience delivering business efficiencies
Interest in technology and digital solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience or certification in Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps or Power BI (desirable)
Knowledge of Agile working practices (advantageous but not essential)
