Join the Sunset Lakes Team – Chef's Wanted! We have started to build the team and are now looking for passionate Chef's to lead the food experience at Sunset Lakes Resort, Peel, Isle of Man. With our modern lakeside café and bistro opening in March 2026, this is your chance to bring flair, creativity, and community spirit to one of the island’s most beautiful destinations. We are flexible on FT and PT working and we are also looking for a Sunday Carvery Chef. What we’re offering:

Who we’re looking for:
Imagination, confidence, and a love of fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Someone who thrives in a collaborative team and enjoys delighting guests.
Must hold, or be willing to undertake, a Food Safety Level 2 qualification.
Experience of managing in excess of 100 covers per day in café or bistro service.
Ability to cater for up to 100 covers for events such as weddings and private functions.
Passion for creating vegetarian and vegan options alongside traditional favourites.
Commitment to presentation as a critical part of guest experience.
