We are a small 24 seater Tearoom & Bistro in Ramsey, with a good growing reputation and a nice friendly working environment. This role will involve assisting with prep of the menu and working alongside the head chef with the overall production of the tearoom and bistro dishes. Maintaining a tidy and hygienic kitchen and having knowledge and experience of adhering to food hygiene and protocols.
We require someone who is friendly and approachable to work in an open plan kitchen which is customer facing. Skills required are having organisation, working under pressure and a willingness to learn with previous experience within a similar role.
There will be evening work required once our bistro nights are established, this will be Friday and Saturday nights, but the right candidate will not be required to work every service as we are aware of the unsociable hours being every week.
