Bar Supervisor – The George Hotel.
The George Hotel is looking for a dedicated and capable Bar Supervisor to join our team on a part?time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in high standards, enjoys leading by example, and thrives in a busy hospitality environment.
What We’re Looking For:
A Manx?licensed Responsible Person (this is essential for the role).
Strong experience in bar work and food service.
Someone trustworthy and reliable, able to close down the site three evenings per week.
Availability to work evening shifts on a part?time schedule.
A positive attitude, high personal standards, and a commitment to great customer service.
Role Responsibilities:
Supervising bar operations during evening shifts.
Ensuring excellent service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Supporting and guiding bar staff.
Handling cash, stock, and end?of?day procedures.
Closing the venue safely and securely.
