Customer service for our domestic and commercial fuel customers taking orders, payments etc.
To deal with customers over the phone and via email in a polite and friendly manner which maximizes customer retention.
To ensure that the customer requirements are met in a friendly, efficient and professional manner at all times. Undertake financial functions such as initiating customer direct debits, accounts receivable including allocation of customer payments in our system. Provide cover for colleagues.
This would suit an organized person used to dealing with customers over the phone. Good IT skills would be an advantage. Full training will be given.
Place of work would be our St Johns office 8.30am -5pm Monday to Friday.
