The role includes preparing and filing Annual Returns, handling company formations, and overseeing the appointment and resignation of Company Officers. The selected candidate will contribute to maintaining high standards of internal efficiency while also supporting junior colleagues in developing their technical knowledge. An understanding of regulatory requirements is essential, along with the ability to assist the New Business team with onboarding processes.
