Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support digital transformation and business improvement initiatives within a regulated life assurance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strong business cases delivering measurable benefits.
Document as-is/to-be processes and define clear requirements/user stories.
Conduct data analysis, gap analysis and impact assessments.
Support development, testing, data migration and UAT.
Collaborate with stakeholders, third parties and IT teams.
Mentor junior team members and promote best practice.
About You:
4+ years’ BA experience (life assurance preferred).
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder skills.
Experience with regulatory frameworks, financial systems, APIs and data mapping.
Agile and/or Waterfall experience.
Proficient in Excel, Visio, SQL and DevOps.
Relevant professional qualification (or working towards).
