Our client seeks an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team and provide accounting and administrative support across multiple entities. Key Responsibilities: Maintaining financial records across multiple entities. Managing accounts payable & receivable, invoicing and expense management. Bank reconciliations, payment processing, journals and intercompany transactions. Assistance with Month-end close, management reporting and audit. Timely input of invoices to the invoice approval system. Checking invoices to supporting analysis/contracts/expenses. Preparation of monthly client billing. Provide cover for colleagues of the accounting and admin team to include sickness and holiday cover, which may be include some, or all the above. Key Skills & Experience: Proven bookkeeping experience is a must, ideally CAT qualified (or working towards a recognised accounting qualification). Strong in Excel and Accounting software, experience with SAP is preferred but not essential. Problem solving mindset. Flexible and willing to support other team members. Organisation, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
