Our client is seeking an organised and proactive HR Assistant to deliver high-quality HR administration across the full employee lifecycle. This is a varied role supporting a busy HR team within a professional, fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate recruitment administration, interviews, and candidate queries
Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation
Maintain accurate HR records and employee data
Support starters, leavers, contract changes, and absence tracking
Assist with training administration and employee engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with data protection and HR procedures
Requirements:
CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
Previous HR administration experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Confident IT and HR systems user
