About the Role:
We’re looking for a confident, enthusiastic junior team member who’s passionate about food and excited to learn the ins and outs of a working bakehouse.
This is a hands-on role combining:
Junior baking support.
Product packaging & presentation.
Order picking & preparation.
Local deliveries.
No formal experience required — just the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Bakery Support.
Assisting with basic prep (weighing, mixing, shaping).
Learning production processes from senior bakers.
Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.
Packaging & Order Picking.
Packing baked goods with care and attention to detail.
Labelling and preparing wholesale & customer orders.
Ensuring products look beautiful and consistent.
Delivery Driving.
Safely delivering orders to local customers and partners.
Representing Noa Bakehouse in a friendly and professional manner.
Managing delivery schedules efficiently.
