Our Client is seeking an experienced Finance Operations and Client Accounts Lead to join its small, professional finance team. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for cashiering, payroll, reconciliations and VAT compliance across UK and Isle of Man jurisdictions. You will act as the primary day to day contact for a key client, taking ownership of their financial administration, resolving queries, managing bank payments and control account reconciliations, and ensuring payroll and VAT submissions are accurate and compliant. The role requires a minimum of five years accounting or bookkeeping experience, strong payroll capability, solid understanding of UK and Isle of Man VAT frameworks, and confidence working independently in a controlled client facing environment.
