Crovan Court Nursing & Residential Care Home are looking for Senior Health Care Assistants to be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities include:-
Promoting and Safeguarding the welfare of Service Users.
Measuring effectiveness of Service User's Care Plan(s) with interdisciplinary team; providing care improvement recommendations when required.
Oversee the care that Health Care Assistants are providing, and addressing any performance issues with Registered Nurses and/or the Deputy/Registered Manager.
To carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity and privacy of Service Users, irrespective of the severity of disability or personal circumstances.
