Trainee Dental Nurse – The Square.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Dental Nurse to join our friendly team at The Square.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Salary will be confirmed depending on experience. Full training will be provided, along with support to complete a recognised dental nursing qualification.
The role will involve assisting the dentist during a wide range of dental procedures while ensuring the surgery is fully prepared, clean, and organised for each patient. You will be responsible for preparing and sterilising instruments and equipment in line with HTM 01-05 standards, maintaining high levels of infection control and cross-contamination procedures, and supporting patients before, during, and after their treatment.
You will also be required to maintain accurate patient records, manage stock levels and supplies, and provide a high standard of patient care and customer service at all times. As part of the role, you will receive training to assist with radiography once qualified.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work well within a team. A willingness to learn and commit to training is essential.
