We’re looking for an experienced and confident team member to join our fast-paced café in Douglas.
Gourmet Shakes is known for award-winning coffee, premium milkshakes, desserts, and high-energy service — this is not a quiet café role.
We need someone who can handle pressure, stay organised, and deliver great service even during busy periods.
Responsibilities:
Preparing high-quality coffees, shakes, and food quickly and consistently.
Delivering excellent customer service during busy periods.
Working efficiently as part of a fast-moving team.
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a fast-paced café, bar, or hospitality environment (essential).
Confident working under pressure.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
