Our client is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to join their AML/CFT Supervision Division. This is an exceptional opportunity to work at the forefront of combating financial crime, contributing to internationally significant regulatory work that shapes the future of financial services compliance. You will work alongside experienced professionals to ensure the jurisdiction maintains its exemplary reputation while developing your expertise in AML/CFT supervision within a highly regarded regulatory framework. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing Anti-Money Laundering, Countering the Financing of Terrorism and Proliferation (AML/CFT/CFP) matters to ensure international standards are met. Support the conducting of AML/CFT supervision of regulated and registered entities, including desk-based supervision and supervisory inspections. Assist with the preparation of inspection workbooks, reports, and meeting documentation. Record and analyse data in respect of AML/CFT/CFP supervision activities. Support oversight inspections under beneficial ownership legislation. Contribute to the jurisdiction's response to external AML/CFT evaluations by international authorities. Assist with updates to relevant AML/CFT legislation and guidance materials. Provide outreach to industry and AML/CFT/CFP expertise to other teams. Support enforcement investigations and prepare/deliver training programmes. Liaise with regulatory bodies, government departments and law enforcement agencies. Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders. Key Skills & Experience: Previous experience in financial services, compliance, regulatory, risk or audit roles (desirable). Awareness of financial services including designated businesses and associated legislation. Strong analytical skills with ability to assimilate complex information and consider associated risks. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure, manage varied workloads and competing priorities. Strong organisational skills including accuracy, attention to detail and record keeping. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Capability to build and maintain working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Professional qualification relevant to financial services (desirable). Evidence of continuing professional development.
