Key responsibilities include leading and supporting community groups, organising events and activities, and developing community-led projects that bring nature into everyday life across the Isle of Man, while building strong relationships with local authorities, schools, businesses and volunteers. The role also involves delivering engagement sessions, contributing to communications and promoting the work of Manx Wildlife Trust and its partnership with Lloyds Bank International. We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for wildlife, strong communication and facilitation skills, and the ability to work with a wide range of people in a supportive and diplomatic way. Experience in community engagement, education, conservation or similar areas is beneficial, along with confidence in organising activities and working flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
