Liaise closely with the QC/Packing Supervisor and relevant Account Servicing to understand client requirements before performing any quality control inspection on finished garments.
Review client vendor manuals for packing and inspection requirements.
Follow daily QC and packing targets to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
Conduct thorough Quality Control inspections on all knitted garments, ensuring any client-specific requirements are understood and met in advance.
Maintain a well-organized and clean QC/Packing department.
Ensure all client label attachment requirements are met prior to the final inspection.
Take responsibility for bulk finishing and preparing shipments.
Understand the importance of samples and be able to inspect and measure them when the supervisor is not present.
