Finance Manager

Our client is seeking an exceptional Finance Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a pivotal role where you'll take ownership of management accounting processes, lead product profitability analysis, and drive financial performance across key business areas. Key Responsibilities: Managing a dedicated finance team member and coordinating month-end processes. Preparing comprehensive management accounts with detailed variance analysis and commentary. Leading product profit and loss accountability with focus on margin improvement initiatives. Collaborating with senior leadership to deliver strategic financial insights and board reporting. Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes while driving process improvements. Key Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar financial management role. ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified or actively working towards professional qualification. Advanced Excel skills with proven ability to manipulate complex financial data. Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent attention to detail with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and developing team members. Outstanding communication skills with ability to present complex financial information clearly. Highly motivated self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience with Sage X3 and familiarity with IT/Managed Services environment would be advantageous.
