The Role:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic individual to join our team. This is a varied role combining customer-facing workshop delivery with behind-the-scenes production work.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and delivering interactive workshops, teaching customers how to make chocolates, perfumes and candles.
Preparing materials and ensuring workshops run smoothly.
Producing products to build stock for our shop and wholesale customers.
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workspace.
Providing excellent customer service.
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience in teaching, workshops, or customer service.
A valid driving license.
