Platinum Care is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistants to join our growing community team.
Location: Community-based South of the Island.
Position: Health Care Assistant.

About the Role:
As a Community Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, grooming).
Supporting with daily living activities.
Administering or prompting medication.
Providing companionship and emotional support.
Maintaining accurate care records.
What We're Looking For:
Caring, reliable, and professional individuals.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential (training provided).
Full driving licence (preferred).
