Disassemble and reassemble marine engines in line with manufacturer guidelines, diagnose faults and identify required parts, liaising with purchasing teams, carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and minor works, support, mentor, and train colleagues and apprentices, ensure compliance with company quality procedures and standards, identify and report quality or safety issues promptly, communicate effectively with engineering teams to meet operational requirements, contribute to continuous improvement (CIP) initiatives, refurbish equipment to safe and operational condition.
