Marketing & Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Delivery (Primary Function).
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to support brand positioning and business growth.
Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Create and optimise content to engage target audiences and improve customer acquisition.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery of campaigns.
Lead Generation & Business Development Support.
Design and implement lead generation strategies to attract prospective clients and support pipeline development.
Identify target audiences and market segments through research and data analysis.
Support business development activities by nurturing leads through marketing campaigns and engagement strategies.
Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and proposals for prospective clients.
Market Research & Growth:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
Analyse customer behaviour and campaign data to inform strategic decisions.
Support market expansion initiatives across international regions, including the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).
Events, Brand & Engagement:
Plan and deliver webinars, events, and promotional campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
Build relationships with external partners, media platforms, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
Track and report on key marketing KPIs, including engagement, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
Continuously optimise marketing activities to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, or campaign management.
Experience in lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing performance tools (e.g. Google Analytics, CRM systems).
Ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Experience working collaboratively with sales or commercial teams.

Languages (Desirable):
Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable due to the organisation’s engagement with clients and markets in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
Additional language skills (e.g. French or other regional languages) would be advantageous to support international marketing and client engagement activities.
